The wait is finally over... introducing to you the wonderfully bright and playful Shrimps SS18 collection. With luminous pops of neon green, bright pink, navy shades and shimmering silver, classic faux-furs are updated, available in wavy textures resembling luminous lime candy swirls. 

 

Prints feature doodles of animals, shells, feathers and pumpkins, are inspired by a romantic trip to Venice. Weiland's beloved hand ink drawings appear embroidered onto white cottons, as well as printed onto smooth silks, available in radiant pink and monochrome.

 

 

Lightweight shimmering knits are layered underneath printed dresses, colours are mismatched and prints are clashed, creating a lighthearted fun wearable range.  

The collection features whimsical elements, drawing inspiration from artists such as Faye Wei Wei and Mary Fedden. 

 Key pieces include the Venezia handbag, available in neon green and bright pink. The bag draws inspiration from the classic beaded Antonia bag. The Venezia bag is updated with a floral beaded design, enhancing that Spring desire. 

For those of you that love the Venezia, however are in need of something smaller, then the Domenica purse will be your best friend. Suitable for those special occasions and fits the everyday essentials, the Domenica replicates the same beaded floral pattern as the Venezia. 

The Luca jacket is our pvc jacket of choice for this Spring/Summer. Available in a peach and denim blue coated pvc, with half-length puff sleeves, front patch pockets and floral shaped crystal buttons. Dress it up over the seer sucker Sienna dress with a pair of boots, or dress it down with a pair of jeans and classic white t-shirt. 

The most versatile jacket of the season, a key piece for your Spring/Summer wardrobe. Another easily worn lightweight Summer jacket is the Alfonso, which is available in a modernised sheep faux-fur, with tie details on the sides. The Alfonso looks great over the silk Matteo dress.

The Rizo bag is the first ever Shrimps basket style bag, available in a raffia material. A practical drawstring pouch is inserted inside of the bag, making it very practical. Our favourite detail is the wavy scalloped shape that surrounds the top of the basket, as well as the bright and quirky satin ribbons.
