Vesta by Shrimps
This four-piece collection draws inspiration from archival Shrimps prints, as well as Hannah Weiland’s travels and home life. Each design embodies Hannah's signature aesthetic, blending playful motifs with timeless elegance. The colour palette runs cohesively throughout the collection and is anchored by signature Shrimps hues. The title Vesta comes from the Roman goddess of the hearth, home, and family.
The collaboration with Shrimps is a natural pairing, rooted in a shared love of colour, pattern, and storytelling through design.

Salina
Inspired by Sicilian tiles, this design is adapted from a Shrimps archive print and features a striking grape motif that frequently recurs in Weiland’s work. The rug, crafted from 100% New Zealand wool and hand tufted.
Hand-tufted wool rugs are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans using a handheld tufting tool, allowing for intricate designs, rich textures, and exceptional quality.

Murano
A tribute to Murano glass and Weiland’s love for Venice, this design is based on a statement Shrimps faux-fur coat. Hand-knotted in 100% New Zealand wool, it captures the luminous, organic forms of Venetian glasswork.
Hand knotted rugs are composed of many thousands of individual knots, with the yarn tightly knotted by hand around the warp and weft of the rug, requiring highly skilled artisans and time, making them very high quality and long lasting. The higher the knot count (kpsi), the finer the design and quality.

Royal Garden
A soft butter-yellow hand knotted rug with a repeating floral motif, reimagined from a classic Shrimps archive print. Designed to evoke the feel of a fitted carpet, it brings warmth and charm to any space.

Marlowe
A geometric runner named after Weiland’s son, Marlowe. Playfully imagined as a piece he would joyfully run along, this Jute rug measures 3.5m in length and brings a bold, structured element to the collection.
Flatweave rugs are woven on a horizontal loom, created by hand using a technique that involves tightly weaving the warp and weft threads together, resulting in a smooth, flat, durable surface without a pile.
